The board of directors of Stamford College said on Wednesday, Feb 23 that Bursa''Malaysia Securities''Bhd''had, vide its letter dated Feb 22, granted the company the extension of time.
The company had on Jan 18, received a notice of deliberation on de-listing of the securities from Bursa'' Securities informing it the listing committee would deliberate on whether or not the securities of the should be de-listed on Feb 10.
Stamford College then requested to the listing committee to consider a postponement of the hearing pending the resubmission of a regularisation plan to Bursa Securities for the upliftment of its PN17 status.
