KUALA LUMPUR: TECHNOLOGY []-related stocks on Bursa Malaysia advanced in early trade on Thursday, April 21, boosted by the strong earnings figures from Apple, Intel and United Technologies that lifted the Nasdaq overnight at Wall Street.
At 10.39am, MPI was up 10 sen to RM5.50, Vitrox five sen to RM2.03, Unisem four sen to RM2, JCY International 1.5 sen to 74 sen, Notion, Globetronics and Eng Teknologi up one sen each to RM2.30, RM1.12 and RM1.89 respectively, while Pentamaster added half a sen to 24.5 sen.
