KUALA LUMPUR: Eduspec Holdings Bhd's 29 million shares were transacted in several off-market deals at an average price of 10 sen each on Wednesday, April 20.
Stock market data showed the 8.69% stake was transacted at a sharp discount to the closing price of 14 sen.
On Tuesday, the company said its unit'' Eduspec Pte. Ltd had last Friday, April 15 teamed up with PT. Higher Learning International and Agustinus Nuirindra Bhawono Charismiadji to form a joint venture company called PT. Eduspec Indonesia.
The JV company would be to introduce, promote, market and operate Eduspec IT learning and robotics initiatives in Indonesia.
