KUALA LUMPUR: Segmen Entiti Sdn Bhd has emerged as a substantial shareholder in SEG INTERNATIONAL BHD [] with a 6.27% stake
A filing with Bursa Malaysia on Monday, Dec 1 showed Segmen had acquired 8.40 million shares in the education services provider on Nov 29.
Following the acquisition, its shareholding increased to 15.30 million shares or 6.27%.
Datuk Chee Hong Leong is deemed interest in the acquisition via Segmen. He also has direct and indirect interests of 290,500 and 336,000 warrants 2010/2015 of SEGi.
