KUALA LUMPUR: Shares of K-ONE TECHNOLOGY [] BHD [] jumped in afternoon trade on Monday, 29, spurred by the company's proposed two-for-one bonus shares.
At 3.51pm, K1 was up 19 sen to RM1.36 with 3.93 million shares done while K1-WA jumped 16.5 sen to 86.5 sen with 1.45 million units done.
The FBM KLCI shed 2.17 points to 1,489.88. Turnover was 756.42 million shares done valued at RM1.37 billion. Losers beat gainers 533 to 188 while 250 stocks were unchanged.
At midday, K1 announced a corporate exercise involving a share bonus issue based on two bonus shares for every one share held.
