KUALA LUMPUR: Pacific Mutual Fund Bhd's Director, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer, Michael Auyeung, has resigned from the company.
The company said on Tuesday, Oct 19 that Auyeung will remain as Director, CEO and CIO until his departure date of Dec 5.
'The board of Pacific Mutual Fund Bhd has commenced the process of looking for a suitable candidate to succeed Auyeung as CEO and CIO,' it said.
It added the board regretted Auyeung's decision to resign and is grateful for his leadership and service during these past eight years.
