KUALA LUMPUR: CAHYA MATA SARAWAK BHD [] (CMSB) expects the memorandum of understanding for the supply of aluminium TECHNOLOGY [] by Alcan Pechiney will be finalised soon.
It announced to Bursa Malaysia on Monday, Nov 8 the negotiations with Sarawak Energy Bhd for the power purchase agreement are on-going and are expected to be completed in coming months.
CMSB said the a definitive licensing agreement for the supply of aluminium technology would be finalised once the power purchase agreement is finalised.
