FBM KLCI opens slightly lower

KUALA LUMPUR: Blue chips opened slightly lower on Thursday, Nov 11, on mild profit taking, weighed down by Hong Leong Bank and Tenaga.

At 9am, it was down 1.39 points to 1,526.62. Turnover was 16.21 million shares valued at RM13.69 million. There were 92 gainers, 22 losers and 113 stocks unchanged.

Hong Leong Bank shed 18 sen to RM9.62 with 2,900 shares done, DiGi eased 10 sen to RM24.50 in very thin volume while Tenaga Nasional shed one sen to RM8.77.

MRCB eased one sen to RM2.24.
