KUALA LUMPUR: CIMB Group Holdings Bhd is seeking for an extension of six months up to April 6, 2011 for it to complete the proposed dual listing in Thailand.
CIMB said on Tuesday, Sept 21 it had submitted an application for the extension to the Securities Commission 'and is currently pending the decision of the SC'.
The financial services group had proposed to undertake the dual listing of its shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
