SHAH ALAM: Daihatsu (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd's 71.5%-owned MBM RESOURCES BHD [], targets for over RM1 billion in sales for the current fiscal year ending Dec 31,2010.
The RM1 billion sales is RM200million or 25% increase from last year's revenue of about RM800 million.
DMSB managing director Belinda HE Lim said 50% of its sales this year will come from its Daihatsu commercial vehicles,40% from Perodua cars and 10% from Hino variants.
"DMSB has allocated RM20million,which will go towards the CONSTRUCTION [] of dedicated 3S centres and upgrading of existing sales and services facilities," she told a media briefing on Monday, Aug 9.
