KUALA LUMPUR: The Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM) economic survey in 1H2010 found major factors affecting business performances were government policies, manpower shortage, increase in operating cost and price of raw materials, and domestic competition.
It said the Chinese business community remained cautiously optimistic about Malaysia's economic outlook in 2010, 2011 and 2012.
