KUALA LUMPUR: BINA PURI HOLDINGS BHD [] has entered into an agreement with the Brunei Economic Development Board to undertake extensive interior and exterior renovation of three apartment blocks and its common areas into modern and fully-furnished serviced apartments in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam.
In a statement to Bursa Malaysia Securities on Thursday, Aug 19, Bina Puri said it would operate the serviced apartments for 20 years and will eventually invest RM21.46 million into the serviced apartment project.
It said contract was not expected to have any contribution to its earnings for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2010.
