KUALA LUMPUR: EON CAPITAL BHD [] has cancelled its EGM which is scheduled to be held on Thursday, Aug 19.
'As such, the resolutions to be tabled at the said EGM are hereby withdrawn. This is in compliance with the consent order of the High Court of Malaya on 17 August 2010 in relation to originating summons (No. D-24-NCC-281-2010) filed by Shu Pei Huang against EON Capital,' it said on Wednesday, Aug 18.
EON Cap said a new date on the EGM will be fixed for the retabling of the resolutions.
'As such, the resolutions to be tabled at the said EGM are hereby withdrawn.
