KUALA LUMPUR: MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Bhd has resigned as the adviser and placement agent for Inix Technologies Bhd's proposed private placement.
The company said on Wednesday, June 22 the resignation of the investment bank was with immediate effect.
The proposed private placement would have involved the new shares of 10 sen each, representing up to 10% of its paid-up.
