KUALA LUMPUR: PHARMANIAGA BHD []'s unit Pharmaniaga Logistics Sdn Bhd has inked a 10 year concession agreement with the federal government in relation to the privatisation of the medical laboratory and storage facility.
Pharmaniaga said on Wednesday, March that Pharmaniaga Logistics had entered into the agreement with the Ministry of Health for the right and authority to purchase, store, supply and distribute approved products to the public sector customers.
It said the concession period was from Dec 1, 2009 until Nov 30, 2019.
