KUALA LUMPUR: DIGISTAR CORPORATION BHD []'s unit Digistar Holdings Sdn Bhd has secured new orders worth RM25 million from its existing and new clients for the supply and integration of various audio-visual system, security system, extra-low-voltage system, hospital communication system and broadcasting systems.
Digistar said on Wednesday, March 16 that the orders would contribute positively to its earnings for the financial years ending Sept 30, 2011 and 2012.
'These orders will be funded by internally generated funds and banks borrowings.
'The increase in the company's gearing will depend on the amount of financing required over the tenure of these orders and is temporary in nature, which would reduce accordingly upon their completion,' it said.
