KUALA LUMPUR: Lembaga Tabung Haji has emerged as a substantial shareholder in ALIRAN IHSAN RESOURCES BHD [] (AIRB) after acquiring 4.9 million shares in the company on Oct 5.
Filings on Oct 11 showed that Tabung Haji now holds 13.15 million shares, or a 5.11% stake in AIRB.
The major shareholder in AIRB, which is involved in the operation and maintenance of water treatment plants, is MMC Corp with 65.86% or 165.25 million shares.
At 11.20am, AIRB shed two sen to RM1.54 with 20,000 shares traded.
