KUALA LUMPUR: PUBLIC BANK BHD []'s foreign shareholding was at 25.47% of its issued shares as at Sept 30, 2011.
The baking group said the percentage was based on the total number of shares in issue and after excluding shares bought back and retained as treasury shares as at Sept 30.
As at June 30m the percentage of shares held by foreigners was 24.52% of the issued shares.
