KUALA LUMPUR: SILK Holdings Bhd's shares edged up in early trade on Tuesday, June 28 after its unit Jasa Merin (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd secured an RM24 million contract from Talisman Malaysia Ltd to provide one anchor handling tug supply vessel (AHTSV).
At 9.10am, SILK was up 1.5 sen to 29.5 sen with 74,000 shares traded.
The contract is for a primary term of one year with two extension options of one year each, exercisable at the discretion of Talisman and subject to prior approval from Petronas.
