KUALA LUMPUR: SATANG HOLDINGS BHD []'s contract to supply spare parts to the Malaysian air force was extended by another two years from June 20, 2011 to June 19, 2013.
Satang said on Wednesday, June 29 the Defence Ministry had extended the supply of non-proprietary spare parts, components and any related equipment for aircraft to a panel of suppliers, including its unit Satang Jaya Sdn Bhd.
It said the total combined ceiling limit of RM350 million.
Satang is a Practice Note 17 company. It had submitted its revised regularisation plan to Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd on March 22.
