KUALA LUMPUR: FABER GROUP BHD []'s subsidiary and the joint venture partner have been unable to secure any of the business in the building maintenance services and clinical waste management in Brunei.
It said on Monday, May 16 that its 70% owned Faber Medi-Serve Sdn Bhd and its joint venture agreement (JVA) partner Brufors Technical Services had acknowledged the JVA had lapsed as they had failed to sure any business.
'Faber Medi-Serve had, on May 16, 2011, issued a letter to Brufors confirming that the JVA had lapsed,' it said.
The JVA had targeted to provide building and facilities maintenance services, bio-medical engineering services, linen and laundry services, clinical waste management and central management information services in Brunei.
