KUALA LUMPUR: CONSTRUCTION [] of ''ASIA PACIFIC LAND BHD []'s (AP Land) ''Shiki Niseko ski resort in Hokkaido, Japan is on track despite the recent earthquake and tsunami which hit the Northeast Asian country.
AP Land joint managing director Low Su-Ming ''said construction of the 5.8 billion yen (RM220 million) project will begin this month for completion by December next year.
"We have locked in the construction cost," Low told reporters at a briefing about the project on Monday, April 4.
She said AP Land hoped to sell half of the 69 high rise residential units under the project by February next year.
About 30 % have been sold so far, she said without specifying profit margins for the project.
