KUALA LUMPUR: Beleaguered TRANSMILE GROUP BHD [] has submitted an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd to appeal against the decision to delist the company
The air cargo transport company said on Wednesday, March 2 the application was also to seek an extension of time to submit a regularisation plan to Bursa Securities.
Despite the appeal, trading of Transmile's securities will be suspended from Thursday, which means Wednesday is the last trading day before the suspension.
'Removal of the securities of the company from the official list of Bursa Securities on March 7, 2011 shall be deferred pending the decision on the appeal,' it said.
