KUALA LUMPUR: TRACOMA HOLDINGS BHD [], a PN17-classified company, has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Yasmin Holdings Sdn Bhd to participate in revised scheme of plan for the company.
It said on Wednesday, March 23 that the revised scheme would be via a corporate exercise to be determined later.
Tracoma said the Yasmin Group comprised of companies involved in a range of strategic industries from real estate to oil and gas, education, high-end TECHNOLOGY [], agriculture and consumer services.
'Yasmin Group has been in operations for more than 30 years and has expanded greatly with the successes charted by its key subsidiaries involved in rust-proo'ng of vehicles, biometrics, on-shore and off-shore pipeline maintenance and healthcare education,' it said.
