KUALA LUMPUR: YNH PROPERTY BHD [] has acquired a 77.7% stake comprising 77.7 million shares of RM1 each in its sub-subsidiary YNH Land Sdn Bhd for RM77.7 million as part of its internal reorganization.
YNH Land is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kar Sin Bhd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of YNH Property.
The principal activities of YNH Land are that of property investment and development.
YNH Property said on Tuesday, Dec 28 that the internal re-organisation was to streamline its group structure.
'Upon completion of the internal re-organisation, YNH Land will become a direct subsidiary of the company,' it said.
