KUALA LUMPUR: Oji Paper Asia Sdn Bhd has made a conditional take-over offer for all the shares in UNITED KOTAK BHD [] at RM1.40 a share.
United Kotak share price rose one sen to RM1.31 at the midday break on Tuesday, Oct 12. At the offer price of RM1.40 and based on the 44.929 million shares, the takeover is RM62.9 million.
'The board does not intend to seek an alternative person to make a take-over offer for the offer shares,' it said.
