KUALA LUMPUR: UNITED MALAYAN LAND BHD [] and HELP International Corp Bhd are studying the viability of setting up an educational centre/campus for use by HELP as its Johor campus.
UM Land's unit Seri Alam PROPERTIES [] Sdn Bhd and HELP had signed an MoU on Tuesday, Oct 12 to develop 3.37 acres of land in the Seri Alam township in Johor Bahru for HELP to look into the viability of an educational centre/campus.
Both parties view each other as strategic partners for the project.
'HELP sees potential in establishing an integrated TECHNOLOGY [] and vocational training college in the Iskandar Malaysia that will complement the government's initiative to develop the area into an Education Hub,' said HELP.
