Glove makers up in early trade

KUALA LUMPUR: Rubber glove manufacturers rose in early trade on Wednesday, June 9, after Standard & Poor's Equity Research had said in its 2010 Mid-Year Market Outlook report on Monday that demand for rubber gloves was expected to pick up in third quarter as inventory was drawn down.

At 9.28am, Supermax added seven sen to RM6.68, Latexx Partners was up three sen to RM3.42, Top Glove gained two sen to RM12.46 while Adventa added one sen to RM3.12.
