KUALA LUMPUR: KENMARK INDUSTRIAL CO. (M) BHD [] posted net loss of RM146.52 million in its fourth quarter ended March 31, 2010 following provision for doubtful debts.
The company said on Monday, June 7 that it was afffected by lower sales with provision for doubtful debts and impairment provision on assets of certain subsidiaries.
In the previous corresponding quarter, net loss was only RM84,000.
For the just ended fourth quarter, revenue was RM18.76 million compared with RM38.77 million a year ago.
Loss per share was 0.82 sen versus 0.05 sen. Its net assets per share were RM1.14.
For the FY ended March 31, net loss was RM137.02 million versus net profit of RM4.05 million a year ago. Revenue fell to RM213.22 million compared with RM250.93 million.
