KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 28): Tycoon Tan Sri Vincent Tan Chee Yioun disposed of 1.45 million BERJAYA SPORTS TOTO BHD [] shares between Dec 22 and 27.
A filing to Bursa Malaysia on Wednesday showed he disposed of 800,000 shares on Dec 22 at RM4.335 apiece. The following day, he sold 500,000 shares at an average price of RM4.369.
The latest transaction was on Dec 27, when he sold 150,000 shares at RM4.363 each.
Tan is the managing director/CEO of Sports Toto Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a major subsidiary of BToto.
