KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 27): Permodalan Nasional Bhd has ceased to be a substantial shareholder in HEITECH PADU BHD [] after disposing its 13 million shares in the company.
A filing to Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd on Dec 27 showed that PNB disposed the shares on Dec 15.
The other major shareholders in Heitech Padu are Padujade Corporation Sdn Bhd with 30.15% and Skim Amanah Saham Bumiputera with 13.84%.
Heitech was last traded on Dec 23, and fell one sen to RM1.05.
