SEOUL (Dec 28): Seoul shares opened lower on Wednesday but downside was seen limited by positive U.S. data and after speculation-led losses on Tuesday.
Early falls were led by telecommunication issues with SK Telecom tumbling 5.96 percent and KT Corp dropping 5.31 percent.
