KUALA LUMPUR: HAP SENG CONSOLIDATED BHD []'s unit Hap Seng Land Sdn Bhd is opening the sale of PROPERTIES [] at its Urbana @ D'Alpinia, a new development of bungalow and link bungalow homes beginning this weekend.

In a statement Wednesday, Sept 21, Hap Seng Land property division chief executive Datuk Paul Ng Kee Seng said Urbana @ D'Alpinia was ideal for those who were looking to upgrade or to invest.
