KUALA LUMPUR: BERJAYA CORPORATION BHD [] (BCorp), TMC LIFE SCIENCES BHD [] and Viet Ha Corporation Bhd have extended the memorandum of understanding (MoU) for a proposed joint venture in a Vietnam hospital project.
BCorp said on Monday, Sept 19 as the terms of the MoU had expired on Saturday, the parties had agreed to extend the MoU for another 12 months until Sept 17, 2012.
