KUALA LUMPUR: Shares of SINDORA BHD [] jumped on Wednesday, Aug 17 after Kulim Bhd, which owns 74.99% of Sindora, offered RM3 per share in its proposed takeover of the company for the remaining 25.01%.
At 9.10am, Sindora rose 27 sen to RM2.92 with 270,000 shares done.
The RM3 offer price was a premium of 35 sen over the last traded price of RM2.65 before Sindora was suspended at midday on Monday.
