KUALA LUMPUR: SAPURA RESOURCES BHD [] is teaming up with KLCC PROPERTIES [] Bhd to construct commercial buildings in KL.
Under the JV signed on Tuesday, July 19, Sapura Resources will acquire a 51% stake in a JV vehicle as Impian Bebas Sdn Bhd for RM110.67 million.
The JV would then construct a premier office tower, a convention centre or exhibition hall and a retail podium on a 7,605.31 square metres site.
