KUALA LUMPUR: H-DISPLAYS (MSC) BHD [] will be suspended on July 26 after it failed to submit the company's regularisation plan to Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd for approval by last Friday, July 15.
Bursa Securities said on Monday, July 18 the securities of H-Displays would be delisted on July 28 unless an appeal is submitted on or before July 25.
'Any appeal submitted after the appeal timeframe will not be considered by Bursa Securities,' it said.
It added if H-Displays were able to submit an appeal during the timeframe, the removal of the securities on July 28 would be deferred pending the decision on the company's appeal.
