KUALA LUMPUR: SAAG Consolidated Bhd has fixed to issue price for the placement of 15 million new shares at 10 sen each.
It said on Tuesday, June 7 the''placement price of 10 sen each was 33.69% above the five-day weighted average market price up to and including June 6 of 7.48 sen per share.
