KUALA LUMPUR: KAPEN Capital Partners Ltd has emerged as a substantial shareholder in Seal Inc Bhd after acquiring a 9.29% stake on June 1.
A filing with Bursa Malaysia showed the stake accounted for 18.3 million shares acquired in an off-market deal for 48.7 sen each.
It said KAPEN subscribed for the shares arising from a private placement.
