KUALA LUMPUR: MClean Technologies Bhd's offer of 2.7 million new shares offered to the public under its listing exercise at 52 sen each was oversubscribed by'' 100.49 times.
Malaysian Issuing House Sdn Bhd (MIH) said on Tuesday, May 3 there were 8,947 applications for 274.019 million shares from the public for the 2.70 million new shares.
The listing exercise involved a public issue of 15.40 million new shares of 25 sen each, together with 7.70 million free new warrants and offer for sale of 11.05 million existing shares, together with 5.52 million free warrants at 52 sen per share.
MIH said 19.65 million shares reserved for private placement to selected investors had been placed out.
'In addition, 75,000 new shares initially set aside for business associates of the MClean Group were made available to the public,' it said.
