KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd has queried INGENUITY SOLUTIONS BHD [] over the unusual market activity in the trading of its shares.
The stock exchange said on Wednesday, May 4 it issued the query following the sharp increase in price and high volume in the ACE Market-listed company's shares.
At 3.44pm, it was up five sen to 41.5 sen with 14.06 million shares done.
Bursa Securities queried Ingenuity Solutions on whether there was any corporate development relating to the group's business and affairs that has not been previously announced that may account for the unusual market activity including those in the stage of negotiation/discussion.
It also queried whether there was any rumour or report concerning the business and affairs of the group that may account for the unusual market activity.
