Khazanah looking to relist Integrated Healthcare

KUALA LUMPUR: Khazanah Nasional Bhd is looking to relist Integrated Healthcare Holdings Sdn Bhd over the next one to two years, its managing director said.

Khazanah MD Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar said on Wednesday, April 13 it was too premature to disclose where it would go for listing, although it was open to listing on either Bursa Malaysia or the Singapore Stock Exchange.

"We also do not discount the possibility of a dual listing," he said, adding the timing of the listing depended on market conditions.

He was speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the second day of the Invest Malaysia 2011 conference.

He also said Khazanah appeared to be on track to matching the number of divestments it made last year of seven, which resulted in proceeds of RM6.2
billion.

With regard to its divestment of its Pos Malaysia stake, Azman said the board of Khazanah would meet at the end of the month to approve the winning bid before making a formal announcement.
