KUALA LUMPUR: The government has not made any final decision on whether it should sell the PLUS EXPRESSWAYS BHD [], Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said.
'There is nothing finalised,' he was quoted saying by wire reports on Monday, Sept 27.
A year ago, Asas Serba Sdn Bhd had mooted a plan to buy all the toll concessionaires in Malaysia for RM50 billion.
However, analysts were sceptical of Asas Serba's plan as it would be a costly affair, resistance from the shareholders and also funding issues.
PLUS closed five sen higher at RM4.17 at midday.
