KUALA LUMPUR: TENAGA NASIONAL BHD [] saw 1.038 million shares done in an off-market deal at an average price of RM6.10 apiece on Monday, Feb 14, according to stock market data.
At 12.30pm, the shares of the power giant rose 19 sen to RM6.14, which was the biggest gains in recent days.
The gain in Tenaga's share price pushed the FBM KLCI up more than two points.
The 30-stock FBM KLCI rose 15.41 points to 1,509.93. Turnover was 979 million shares valued at RM835.34 million. Gainers beat losers 485 to 211.
