KUALA LUMPUR: Higher education services provider SEG INTERNATIONAL BHD [] is teaming up with Oakfine Development Sdn Bhd to expand the former's business in Perak
SEGi said on Tuesday, Jan 11 its unit SEGi University College (M) Sdn Bhd had entered into a heads of agreement with Oakfine for the proposed expansion.
Oakfine plans to develop 60 acres of land in Hulu Kinta while SEGi group plans to expand its core business of providing educational and training services in Perak.
Under the plan, Oakfine would construct a building to accommodate SEGi University College's future expansion while in return, SEGi University College would be a tenant for the building.
The tenancy shall be for three years with option to renew the tenancy for a further period of three years for up'' four terms.
