KUALA LUMPUR: Measat Global Network Systems Sdn Bhd (MGNS) had secured up to 70.85% or 276.26 million of MEASAT GLOBAL BHD [] shares as at 5pm on Monday, Sept 6.
MGNS said on Tuesday, Sept 7 that 11.29% or 44.028 million shares were those which had been received from shareholders after the posting of the offer document on Aug 18 and up to 5pm on Sept 6.
Another 59.56 % or 232.23 million shares were held by MGNS and persons acting in concert with MGNS,
Offer shares for which acceptances of the offer which were subject to be verification totalled 6.4% or 24.96 million shares.
