KUALA LUMPUR: Kenmark Industrial Co. (M) Bhd says appointed advisor, Ferrier Hodgson MH Sdn Bhd is still working out the regularisation plan to regularise its financial condition.
"At current stage, the directors are of the view that the regularisation plan may not result in a significant change in the business direction or policy of the company," it said on Wednesday, Sept 6.
Kenmark said the deadline to submit the regularisation plan was June 1, 2011 and it had about nine months to submit the scheme to the relevant authorities for approval.
The company also stated the announcement was made on the collective approval of the Malaysian directors only. They were Datuk Abd Gani Yusof, Ho Soo Woon, Ahmed Azhar Abdullah and Woon Wai En.
