KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd has terminated HDM-CARLAW CORPORATION BHD []'s proposed regularisation plan and trading of the securities will be suspended on March 17.
Bursa Securities said on Wednesday, March 9 the securities of the company will be de-listed on March 21, unless an appeal is submitted to Bursa Securities on or before March 16.
'Any appeal submitted after the appeal timeframe will not be considered by Bursa Securities,' it said.
It said if the company submitted an appeal to Bursa Securities within the appeal timeframe, the removal of the securities of the company from the Official List of Bursa Securities on March 21, would be deferred pending the decision on the company's appeal.
