KUALA LUMPUR: Bank Negara Malaysia's international reserves rose US$200 million to US$109.8 billion (RM338.6 billion) as at Feb 28 from US$109.6 billion (RM338.0 billion) as at Feb 14 this year.
In a statement Monday, March 7, Bank Negara said the reserves position was sufficient to finance 8.1 months of retained imports and is 4.3 times the short-term external debt.
