KUALA LUMPUR: AXIS Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) plans to distribute RM764,000 which is the gain from the sale of a piece of leasehold property in Klang to the unit holders.
It said on Monday, Jan 17 it had entered into a sale and purchase agreement with'' Freight Management Bhd to sell the property for RM14.5 million cash.
Axis REIT said the net gain of RM764,000 was after netting off 5% for real property gains tax. The amount to be distributed would translate to a distribution per unit of 0.2 sen.
